Making the switch to our digital care management software couldn’t be easier. We will do all the hard work for you.

  1. If you are joining us for Care Planning, we will make a digital copy of your current paper records or import them from an existing supplier, making the transition seamless and ready to go on day one!
  2. It typically takes us two days to set your account up which you can review and make changes to before going live.
  3. If you are joining us for staffing or invoicing, we will send you a small questionnaire to gather some key information (such as shift times or training courses) which we will put into the system for you.
  4. Our experienced staff can train your team however you like, in person or online, train the trainer or train everyone – the choice is yours!
Support Whenever You Need It

Once you’ve made the switch, we will be here to support you and we’ll also make you aware of any new features heading your way! All customers receive free product upgrades and features which are typically released every few months.

  1. We pride ourselves on customer service and ongoing support. Lifetime customer support is available to all customers at no extra cost. No long waits for a response or costly SLAs!
  2. Our support team are here for the smallest or biggest questions via email or phone.
  3. All customers are assigned a dedicated account manager who will support you through the entire journey and can be contacted whenever you need them.
